I had an excellent experience with the Rapid team! My technician Harley was very knowledgeable and gave me a few different solutions for my hot water issues. Once I selected what was best for my family that had an install team lead by David over same day. Very quick, clean, and friendly. We had hot water before the kids needed a bath the same day! Jeremy was kind, patient while I was freaking out, and came to assess the situation immediately. I’m so thankful for Jeremy, if not for him I would’ve had to cancel my party! Thank you Rapid!
